How do I edit or remove the 'Frequently Asked Questions' title?You can edit the title from the FAQ 'Settings' tab in the Editor. To remove the title from your mobile app go to the 'Site & App' tab in your Owner's app and customize.

Can I insert an image, video, or GIF in my FAQ?Yes. To add media follow these steps: 1. Manage FAQs from your site dashboard or in the Editor 2. Create a new FAQ or edit an existing one 3. From the answer text box click on the video, image or GIF icon 4. Add media from your library and save.

Where is your showroom?Our showroom is in Unit 2 of the Deerpark Industrial Estate in Ennistymon, Co. Clare. We are open until 17:30 Monday – Friday and open until 16.00 on Saturdays. Appointments outside of these hours are available by request.

Do you supply and fit tiles and bathrooms?Yes, we supply and install all tiles, sanitary ware, and bathrooms. We have our own team on plumbers, tilers, and technicians and we do not hire any third party subcontractors so your entire project will be handled directly by The Tile Factory.

Do you deliver?We provide a free delivery service for all orders within 30 miles radius of our showroom.

The Tile Factory guarantees a quick and high quality service every time. We do not hire third party contractors which again reduces our costs and means better prices for you.

Where are your tiles sourced from?We import our tiles from around the world and work with the leading manufacturers and brands. We purchase the tiles directly from the manufacturers, reducing costs, and this allows us to pass great savings on to our customers.

How much does a bathroom upgrade cost?There is no set price for a bathroom renovation or upgrade. The cost will depend on the size of the project, the amount of work to be carried out, and the products you have chosen. What happens during the bathroom design consultation?During the design consultation one of our team members will discuss all of your needs and wants for the new bathroom with you. You can have a look around our Clare showroom for inspiration or we can create a completely custom design for you. Based on your product selection, we will then offer you a free, no-obligation quote for the new bathroom.

How long will the bathroom renovation take?On average we can complete a bathroom fit out in a week, but this will vary depending on the size of the project. This involves removing the old fittings, tiling, sanitary ware, installing and fitting your new bathroom, and then cleaning up after ourselves. All work is carried out by our own tradesmen, tilers, and plumbers.
